We have 12 olive trees over 20 years old on the estate.
The 2023 harvest has just ended: 85 kg of olives picked .
Our oil is produced in Mazan oil mill. It is extra virgin, cold extracted.
For optimal conservation and taste quality, it is filtered before bottling.
